Micro Research designs products and implements mediation solutions for the Telecommunication Networks. Its basic product, MR-MDS® gathers specific data flows and translates them into standard data usable for management applications (OSS, BSS, CRM, workflow, …).

So, it offers a total interoperability between heterogeneous systems (multi- technologies, multi- domains, multi- vendors)

In 2001, Micro Research implemented an R&D program co-financed by DGTRE, in the telecom transmission equipment’s domain. The result is a product permitting the automatic optimised creation of circuits (trails) (MR-NETCAM).

Conscious of the emergence of new standards as 3GPP, Micro Research is continuing his research efforts. His event management product, MR-Garnet, permitting the detection, documentation and correction of an error on a complex telecom network fits in with this logic.
